The Detox!

Christmas Parties,Turkey, Hams, Puddings,Champagne, Wines and chocolates…December was great, but now we are thinking about detoxing, losing weight and getting healthy! A 9 day detox is what you need to cleanse your body of toxins, initiate weight loss and make you feel invigorated!
