Every great up-style starts with a great set. First dry in Aveda Pure Abundance Style Prep into damp hair then rough dry. Use medium sized hot rollers all over or even velcro ones on 90% dry hair, wait till 100% dry and cool. Before taking down curlers, spray with Aveda Air Control Hair Spray. After taking rollers out, shake hair softly for a messy sexy style or brush hair with a soft bristle brush, and push waves back into the hair. To create a modern 20s look, as seen in the photo, grab the ends of your hair and wind into several pin curls securing at the hairline.
