Changing our eating habits can do wonders. Just a couple of tips to help you out:
2) Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
Little tip: Consume 2 of these glasses thirty minutes before meals to reduce appetite. Try squeezing lemon into your water to add flavour for extra vitamins!
3) Eat slowly and chew food well
4) Eat a variety of foods
5) Don’t eat while standing or cooking
6) Don’t eat in front of the television or whilst reading
7) Eat all meals and snacks as scheduled don’t skip meals or save up for a big meal
