tired winter hair?… gone!

This Winter seems to be dragging it’s feet and our once beautiful manes are suffering because of it. Here’s my favourite little secret for a quick hair rescue.

  1. As most of us are slaving away at the gym trying to remove that little extra xmas bulge, make the most of the facilites and get into the steam room.  Of course, you’ll need to take a lucious Aveda hair treatment to drench your locks. For coloured hair try Aveda Colour Conserve Strengthening Treatment to keep your colour looking fantastic while maintaning hair’s natural elasticity.  For over worked hair, Aveda’s Dry Remedy is a saviour and has an amazing citris aroma to refresh you after your workout!  OR use Aveda’s Damage Remedy treatment enriched with quinoa protein if your mane is barely hanging in there!
  2. After your session, cleanse your hair in your favourite Aveda shampoo, towel dry it well and apply your chosen Aveda treatment.  If you’re unsure which one to use, pop into either our Wimbledon, Fulham or Notting Hill location and one of our team will be happy to guide you in the right direction.

  3. Jump into the steam room (if you have any energy left!) to allow the goodness of the treatment to absorb deep into the hair shaft. Then rinse it out thoroughly afterwards.  Beauty, self indulgence and fitness all rolled into one, perfect!
