We are updating our timetable so you can enjoy even more yoga and pilates classes and venture further into your well being journey. We have new styles such as Sivananda, Kundalini and more classes including day time and evening pilates classes from next week. Courses are coming soon….starting the end of September. We will have a chakra balancing course, beginner’s course and a special yoga for women course.
Our recommended yoga class of the week is ‘Kundalini Yoga’ on a Friday at 10:30am with the wonderful Tahira. The class involves rhythmical movements between two or more postures, focusing on a particular part of the body. The use of Mantra adds depth to a given pose and helps to filter your thoughts adding a positive resolution. This creativity with yoga helps us to our goal of finding the peace to meditate and truly relax.
To all new students – try the classes for 10 days for just £10!!
To existing students – buy a class pass to save you money….or shortly join a course.
Would like to come to a class but there is not a convenient class scheduled?….let us know. We will always look out for you and try and put on the class.
