Please be aware that we have moved to a charge by time system for all colour services. Your price will not change if you have been having the classic services, however if you require extra time for long, thick, or extra blonde hair, we will now be charging for our additional time to accommodate these services. If you are in doubt what to book, please book as below and then leave a note on your file and we will contact you to ensure you have been allocated the correct booking.
I am proud to launch a brand new App (please delete my old one) and online booking for all services via our website to make booking your appointment a quick and simple process. The App allows you to manage your bookings and make schedule changes and will be an invaluable booking tool going forwards. I have already invited my guests who had appointments cancelled during the lockdown period to re-book, and am now delighted to open to all! Happy booking and we can’t wait to see you soon!
NEW COLOUR PRICING STRUCTURE
Please understand that we have been closed for over 238 days and now and in order to continue your usual colour services which are longer than the classic services, we need to charge for the extra time if you require a longer service. We have allocated a 20% per 15 minutes extra charge If you have long or thick hair or would like your hair extra blonde. You must book additional (chargeable) time to accommodate for these extras so that we can spend the necessary time needed to achieve the look you want. If appointment times are not quite right to begin with we will do our best within the time you have booked and will advise on timings for your next appointment. Please understand that we have been upgrading services at our cost in the past but must pass this on to you going forward.
COVID RELIEF CHARGE (London salons only)
As a measure to continue to serve you in the best possible way and ensure we can keep all of our lovely staff available to do your services, we have had to implement a 5% Covid Relief Charge which will be added to your bill.

All of the previous Covid measures will be in place and you will be reminded of them on your confirmation email – let’s hope that we are able to start to return to normal later in the year and can see your smiling faces again!
