We’ve recently held an amazing recruitment event. The event was open to hairdressers, therapists, assistants and receptionists. Applicants were invited to spend the day at the Gina Conway Wimbledon Salon.
To start the day off right, applicants were treated to a healthy and wholesome breakfast, which was then followed by a demo and presentation by Gina Conway showcasing her unequivocal talent. Gina then shared her inspirational story of the history and vision of Gina Conway Aveda Salons.
We also had demos from our Spa team showing some of our blissful spa treatments and our Aveda Rituals.
In addition, one of our very own team members shared his Gina Conway success story – Wagner, who started with us as an assistant, has now progressed to one of the company’s most respected stylists.
To end the day, the applicants heard about all the wonderful opportunities available at Gina Conway, such as our in-house Foundation and Advanced Training Programs and the Fantastic Ambassador Program. They were all treated to an Aveda goodie bag.
