Welcome to GC Yoga Studios where we can help you further into your wellbeing journey. We have two amazing new yoga studios in London designed for you to escape into bespoke personal care, a key component to our services.
We are opening with a limited summer timetable but this includes at least 4 classes a day (from early morning to evening) and at least 15 different styles of Hatha Yoga including Ashtanga, Dynamic, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Sivananda, Iyengar, Power yoga and additional specialist classes such as pre-natal yoga, Iyengar restorative yoga, backcare yoga, de-stress yoga etc. There is something for everyone.
Our studios are designed so that you are always within an arm’s length of a teacher and can immerse yourself into your yoga or pilates practice without the concern that you are not doing what you should be or not making the most out of your practice. Our studios hold a maximum of 10 people. We have teachers from a number of different yoga or pilates backgrounds but who all share the same understanding of making classes accessible and fun and at the same time allow you to enjoy a yoga or pilates practice that gives you a little time for yourself, to create balance in your life.
You have the ability to reserve your space in a class online so there is no need to rush back from work to be the first in. Please view the Gina Conway Yoga Studios website and timetable.
