Offering Hatha yoga classes suitable for all ages and levels and incorporating 15 different styles including Astanga, Dynanmic, Sivananda, Kundalini and specialist classes such as pre-natal, restorative yoga and yoga for backcare. The classes will be available throughout the morning, day and evening to suit all guests. Priced at £14 for an individual drop-in class and with 5 or 10 class passes, the ‘Yoga @ Gina Conway’ studios will be kept to a maximum of 10 people per session – focusing on bespoke teacher attention.
